I believe that good therapy is a collaborative process that leads to change through the development of new perspectives, insights, emotions, and behaviors.

My first objective is to help you identify your problems, needs, and desires. We then work together to develop a specialized plan for meeting your personal goals. For some people, the therapy process may take just a few weeks; others may wish to continue over a longer period of time.
